This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, experienced Client Service Coordinator to join our admin team based in Ballarat.

About the role

Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will bring extensive experience in office management, coordination, and supervision, providing support to both administrative and clinical staff. Your role will ensure seamless and efficient administrative operations while overseeing the coordination for clinical staff. You will supervise the administrative team, including conducting performance reviews and developing work plans. Additionally, you will play a key role in the design and implementation of new projects and IT systems, advising the manager on the execution of all administrative processes at the Centre. Strong technology skills, including proficiency with Dynamics CRM and SharePoint, are essential for success in this position.

This opportunity is part-time, ongoing based at our Ballarat Centre, working four (4) days per week, with occasional coverage of one evening shift per week (Thursday). The base salary range is $83k - $86k (pro-rata) per annum with access to salary packaging of $18,550 per annum. 

About you

  • Certificate, Diploma or tertiary qualifications in administrative studies or equivalent and several years’ experience in a busy administrative office environment.
  • Highly developed computer literacy, MS office suite, CRM (preferable) and the demonstrated capacity to efficiently learn IT new systems.
  • Experience working in a strong customer/client focused environment.
  • Previous experience supervising an office and/or office staff, coordinating, supervising and developing a small team (desirable).
