About the role

Reporting to the Senior Manager Learning and Innovation, you will monitor, deliver and improve processes and administration across the student cycle. You will be responsible for supporting end-to-end student enrolments via Wisenet and enquiries for our accredited training courses. You will also review RTO policies and documentation and  provide reporting to support compliance with regulatory frameworks (i.e. RTO, VET, ASQA).

This role is located at our Centre for Learning and Innovation in Camberwell and is part-time, working either three (3) or four (4) days per week for a fixed-term period of a 1 year. The base salary is $80k (pro-rata) per annum. 

About you

  • Excellent organisational, administrative and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to provide support, respond to queries and assist a diverse range of students and stakeholders, exercising maturity of judgement and sound problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage tasks and actions, meet timelines, targets and other key deliverables. 
  • Previous RTO experience, general understanding of RTO compliance (preferable).
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE 60110) (preferable).
