About the role
Reporting to the Centre Manager - Outer East Melbourne, your responsibilities include direct client counselling to individuals, couples and families, as well as providing individual and group clinical supervision to employees, making professional judgements, offering feedback, support and challenging staff to ensure continuous improvement. In doing so, you will assist in providing effective and efficient high-quality services and programs in alignment with RAV’s contractual obligations and strategic direction.
This role is located at our Boronia centre. The successful candidate will be offered a permanent, part-time position working 3 days per week. The base salary range is $117,240 to $120,546 (pro-rata) per annum.
