What makes this role special
Reporting to the General Manager People and Culture, this position provides advice and support to managers and employees across all HR areas. Working to support our workforce in key HR areas including Employee and Industrial Relations, People Policies and procedures, recruitment and performance management, OHS and managing Workcover claims. You will also assist to respond to employee grievances and investigations, as well as employee engagement, surveys, recognition, general reporting and ad hoc projects as we work strategically and operationally to support the business needs. About you
• HR Degree and relevant experience working in a HR environment, in a similar generalist capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing high-priority tasks.
• Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and solve problems.
• The ability to develop respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent Microsoft office skills having utilised systems to process employment lifecycle requirements.
• Solid communication, organisational and time management skills
