Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) is a community-based, not-for-profit organisation with no religious affiliations. For more than 75 years, we have been delivering high quality family and relationship support services, and we now support more than 20,000 clients every year. We have over 400 dedicated employees working from 21 centres across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.
What is your new role?
Directly reporting to the General Manager People and Culture, you will be the first point of for staff and managers assisting with advice, queries and processing forms, contracts, letters and documents across the employment life cycle. You will also assist with our recruitment support, performance, OHS etc. to enable us to attract and retain engaged employees. You will be trained in relation to our Enterprise Agreements and People policies to enable you to provide effective support.
Where is your new role?
Located at our Camberwell office, this position is being offered flexibly either full-time or part-time, 3 or 4 days per week to support work-life balance for the preferred candidate.
