About the role
Reporting to the Centre Manager, your responsibilities include direct client counselling to individuals, couples and families, as well as providing individual and group clinical supervision to employees, making professional judgements, offering feedback, support and challenging staff to ensure continuous improvement. In doing so, you will assist in providing effective and efficient high-quality services and programs in alignment with RAV’s contractual obligations and strategic direction.
This role is located at our Ballarat centre. The successful candidate will be offered a permanent, part-time position working 4 days per week, including Thursdays from 1pm to 9pm. The base salary range is $117,240 to $120,546 (pro-rata) per annum.
