This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Practitioner to join Relationships Australia Victoria in a key clinical supervision position

About the role

Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery by providing clinical supervision across RAV’s Family Violence programs. This involves providing debriefing, support and feedback to staff and responding to a diverse range of issues including trauma, violence, mental health difficulties, family law complexities, and blended families. You will deliver an integrative and coordinated practice response, working with individuals, including men who use violence, women, children and families. Guided by contemporary evidence-based theory and research, you will work systemically and select interventions that foster sustained positive change. 

This role is located at our Kew and Boronia Centres and is a permanent, part-time position with the expectation that one day per week will be an evening shift.  The base salary range is $117k-$120k per annum. 

About you

  • Degree qualified in social work, psychology or a related social science discipline.
  • Graduate diploma or graduate certificate qualification in men’s family violence.
  • Experience in facilitating men’s behaviour change (MBC) groups.
  • Experience in the provision of high-quality assessment of individuals and families, where family violence is an identified risk.
  • Full driver’s licence.
