About the role
Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based training solutions and programs across RAV’s initiatives and contracted services. Your responsibilities will include supporting the delivery of blended, online, and in-person training solutions, facilitating online learning, virtual classrooms, webinars, workshops, and accredited training as needed. You will utilise your subject matter expertise to contribute to the development and enhancement of training programs, ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and update course materials based on the latest research, professional trends, and feedback from evaluations.
This is a great casual opportunity for skilled individuals who are available to travel across Melbourne, with some regional travel. Whilst this is a casual position, successful candidates can expect work during normal business hours, i.e. Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. You can expect to be rostered on for one to two shifts per week. The hourly rate is $62.25 per hour including casual loading.
