RAV’s Centre for Learning and Innovation provides education and support to men and fathers for mental health and primary prevention.
About the role
Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will deliver primary prevention workshops both online and in-person including supporting men and fathers. Using adult learning principles, you will facilitate customised training workshops for organisations and public workshop programs across the community and social services sector. These programs will cover topic such as gender roles, healthy relationships, resilience, and bystander actions. Your responsibilities will also include engaging with stakeholders and promoting gender equality, respectful relationships, and violence prevention in sporting clubs.
This is a great casual opportunity for skilled individuals seeking work within and outside of normal office hours, as groups can sometimes be facilitated after hours. This role will require travel to onsite locations located throughout Melbourne and regional locations. You can expect to be rostered on for one to two shifts per week. The hourly rate is $62.25 per hour, including casual loading.
