We have over 400 dedicated employees working from 21 centres across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.
About the role
Reporting to the Senior Manager, you are a qualified Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) Practitioner able to work with our team of highly skilled and dedicated practitioners providing FDR to separating couples by assisting to resolve issues in dispute such as parenting arrangements, property settlements and developing parenting plans. Your responsibilities include providing conflict resolution, parent education, a framework for negotiation, undertaking assessments and mediation, group work (as required), providing information, support, and referrals to match presenting needs to services and programs. The successful candidate MUST have a Graduate Diploma in Family Dispute Resolution.
We are offering two permanent, part-time positions, each working four (4) days per week, including one evening shift on either Tuesday or Wednesday. One position is based at our Greensborough Family Relationship Centre, while the other is at our Greensborough Centre. Both positions will have a start date in January 2025.The base salary range is $95k-$102k per annum.
