About the role
Reporting to Centre Manager your responsibilities include direct client counselling to individuals, couple and families, as well as providing individual and group clinical supervision to staff , making professional judgements, offering feedback, support and challenging staff to ensure continuous improvement. In doing so, you will assist to provide effective and efficient high-quality services and programs in alignment with RAV’s contractual obligations and strategic direction.
This role is located at our Greensborough centre and provides services across our two Greensborough locations. The position is permanent, part-time, working three (3) days per week including one evening shift on a Wednesday. The base salary range is $113k-$117k (pro-rata) per annum.
