A Bit About Us

At Superyou Therapy, we provide NDIS-funded allied health services for West Aussies, including Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, and Physiotherapy.

But we’re not just here to deliver therapy; we’re here to lead the way with innovation, culture, and exceptional outcomes for our team and clients alike. We are here to Reimagine Therapy.

We know that empowering our people leads to extraordinary results. That’s why we’re searching for a proactive, strategic thinker to step into the pivotal role of Manager, People & Culture and help us shape the future of our organisation.

The Role

This is not your standard HR role. We’re looking for someone who dares to think outside the box to deliver results others can’t. As Manager, People & Culture, you’ll be the driving force behind our workforce strategy, setting new standards in people engagement, culture, and development.

You’ll lead employee systems design projects, drive impactful recruitment campaigns, lead employee reward and recognition programs, and oversee the delivery of innovative learning and development programs. This role is about looking ahead, spotting trends, and ensuring we’re always one step ahead in the people and culture space.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

At Superyou, we’re all about creating an environment where people can thrive. Here’s what you can look forward to:

  • A competitive base salary of $120k per annum, reflecting the high impact you’ll have.
  • Salary packaging up to $18,550 per year.
  • Flexible work arrangements – because life isn’t a straight line.
  • 3 ‘Superyou days’ per year on top of personal and annual leave.
  • Regular social and wellness events to recharge and connect.
  • Access to leadership and development programs to support your professional growth.
  • Recognition programs to celebrate the exceptional work you do.
  • A forward-thinking, dynamic environment where your ideas won’t just be heard – they’ll be actioned.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop cutting-edge strategies to attract, select, and retain top talent, supported by insightful data analysis.
  • Oversee employee systems design projects to optimise workforce management and enhance employee experiences.
  • Spearhead creative, high-impact recruitment campaigns to attract exceptional talent.
  • Drive and manage the delivery of best-practice learning and development programs that nurture growth and capability.
  • Provide timely and value-adding analytics and reporting across key metrics like costs, diversity, turnover, and time-to-hire.
  • Ensure People & Culture policies, systems, and procedures are not only compliant but also industry-leading.
  • Oversee and improve performance management processes to drive success.
  • Innovate and streamline HR processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Establish and continuously refine policies, procedures, and employment contracts.
  • Lead compliance efforts across the organisation, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.

What We’re Looking For

We need a leader who’s future-focused, driven, and ready to push boundaries. You’ll bring:

  • A tertiary qualification in human resources management or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of leadership or management experience.
  • High-level interpersonal skills to engage with employees, managers, and stakeholders effectively.
  • A data-driven mindset with a knack for analysis and reporting.
  • Expertise with HR and learning management systems.
  • Self-motivation and minimal supervision required – you’re a self-starter!
  • Organisational skills to balance competing priorities and deliver results.
  • A flexible, collaborative approach to teamwork.
