About the Opportunity
As the face of the bank at our Oakleigh branch, you will
ensure the effective delivery of exceptional customer service in line with the
bank’s core values to achieve the required customer service outcomes. Reporting
to the Customer Service & Sales Manager, key responsibilities include:
- Provide quality service to all customers in line with the
Bank’s Policy and Procedure frameworks
- Resolve customer enquires in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage client portfolio through calling program and clearly
document all customer calls and face to face customer meetings via Salesforce
CRM as per KPI’s
- Refer lending and other product or service enquiries to the
appropriate personnel.
- Maintain the branch’s files according to the Bank’s
digitisation standards
- Manage and ensure that your cash positions are balanced at
the end of the day (EOD)
- Complete administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as delegated
About You
We are seeking a passionate self-starter who has a genuine
drive to learn quickly with the following qualifications, skills and
experience:
- Completion of HSC or equivalent. Tertiary qualifications
preferred but not essential.
- 1+ years’ experience in customer service with cash handling
experience
- A genuine passion for customer service and building
long-term relationships
- Willingness to work from other branches in Melbourne as
needed
- High level computer skills including Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
