About the Opportunity

As a Senior RM, you will play a crucial role in building relationships with our customers and supporting them in achieving their business goals. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, growth and maintenance of a diversified portfolio of SME businesses. Reporting to the Chief Business Banking Officer, key responsibilities include:

• Managing a portfolio of genuine owner-operated SME businesses
• Develop strong relationships within the local community and promoting the BOS brand
• Ensure loan paperwork, supporting documentation, statistical data and/or other requested information is produced and submitted as required
• Represent the Bank at community festivals and events

About You

We are seeking someone who has the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• 5 to 8 years prior experience as a Relationship or Senior Relationship Manager
• Proven track record of managing a portfolio of SME clients
• Experience as a Business Development Management (BDM) and on-boarding new to bank customers is highly regarded
• Have a strong referral network
• Ability to write your own credit submissions
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong communication skills
